Cream Cheese Filling

Instructions

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Fill muffin liners halfway with batter, add cream cheese mixture, cover with more batter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
