Good Ole Fashion Mac and Cheese

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain and return to pot.
Stir in the butter until completely melted. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, regular milk, eggs, and garlic salt.
In a separate bowl, combine cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Layer 1/3 of the macaroni in the dish, followed by 1/3 of the cheese mix. Repeat the layering process until all macaroni and cheese is used.
Pour the milk and egg mixture evenly over the layered macaroni and cheese.
Sprinkle paprika on top and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt. You can add breadcrumbs on top for crunch. Leftovers store well and reheat beautifully.
