Roll out your fathead dough into a large circle on a baking sheet. Use parchment or a lightly greased sheet for easy removal.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onions. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned and no pink remains, breaking the meat into small pieces as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Add the cooked beef, cheese, mushrooms, and bacon slices, arranging toppings evenly so every slice gets a bit of everything.
Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown and the crust is firm to the touch. Rotate the pan halfway through baking if your oven has hot spots.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Add fresh toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles if desired. Enjoy!
