  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 5 cloves Garlic, mashed smooth
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 lb Butter, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Canned Chicken Broth

Instructions

  • 1. Clean the chicken and pat it dry.
  • 2. Season the chicken inside and out with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • 3. Stuff the cavity with half of the garlic paste.
  • 4. Arrange the butter slices over and inside the chicken.
  • 5. Pour broth around the chicken in the crock pot.
  • 6. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, resisting the temptation to lift the lid.
  • 7. Serve with the garlic-infused butter sauce from the pot.

Notes

Store the leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For extended storage, freeze it for up to two months. Reheat gently to retain its moistness.
