Instructions
In a large pot, combine the pasta, broth, cream, butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the liquid has mostly absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Make sure to stir the pasta occasionally while cooking to prevent it from sticking. Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
