Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Dough

  • 1 package Refrigerated Biscuit Dough

Cheese

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or American)

Butter

  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter

Parmesan

  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (for brushing)
  • to taste Chopped Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking your bombs.
  • Step 2: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir occasionally until fully cooked, then drain any excess fat.
  • Step 3: Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each one gently using your hands or a rolling pin.
  • Step 4: Place a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture in the center of each biscuit, followed by a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  • Step 5: Gently fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to seal them completely. Ensure there are no openings for the filling to escape.
  • Step 6: Combine melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the tops of the sealed bombs.
  • Step 7: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb before placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Step 8: Once baked, let the bombs cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm!
