Garlic Parmesan and Potatoes

  • 1 bottle Garlic Parmesan sauce
  • 2 packs Little potatoes Washed and halved
  • 1 pack Chicken tender filets Seasoned with garlic
  • 1 block Cream cheese
  • 1 carton Heavy cream
  • to taste Minced garlic
  • to taste Smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wash and halve the little potatoes for even cooking.
  • In a large bowl, combine Garlic Parmesan sauce, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Stir until smooth.
  • Toss the halved potatoes in the sauce mixture until fully coated. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Season the chicken tender filets with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Place in a greased baking dish.
  • Pour the coated potatoes over the chicken in the baking dish. Cover with foil.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
