  • 1 head Cauliflower Leaves removed
  • 2 Tbsp Butter Melted (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper To taste
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 2-3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese Dairy-free if needed
  • to taste Fresh Parsley Finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a Dutch oven or baking dish.
  • Remove outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the thick base stem so the head sits flat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic.
  • Place cauliflower in dish and brush with 3/4 of the sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover and continue roasting 10–20 minutes until golden and fork-tender.
  • Brush with remaining sauce, sprinkle Parmesan on top, and broil for 3–5 minutes until crust forms.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Customize with additional herbs like rosemary or thyme. Use vegan cheese to make it dairy-free. Serve with a drizzle of balsamic glaze or herbed yogurt sauce for added flair.
