Ingredients

Steak Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tbsp Butter

Sauce Ingredients

  • 5 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Beef broth
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • to garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Generously season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until melted.
  • Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Deglaze the skillet with beef broth, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmering until the sauce thickens.
  • Return the steak bites to the skillet, stirring to coat in the sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use sirloin, ribeye, or filet mignon for the best steak bites. Avoid overcooking to keep them juicy. Fresh Parmesan melts better than pre-grated cheese.
