  • 1 lb Steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 oz Shell pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  • Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until combined and creamy.
  • Return the cooked steak to the skillet, mixing well with the creamy sauce.
  • Add the pasta and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. You can also swap steak for shrimp or chicken.
