Steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

Shell pasta
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In the same skillet, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until combined and creamy.
Return the cooked steak to the skillet, mixing well with the creamy sauce.
Add the pasta and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. You can also swap steak for shrimp or chicken.
