Ingredients
1.5lbsSirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
4tbspButter, divided
4clovesGarlic, minced
1tbspCajun seasoning
1tspSmoked paprika
1/2tspBlack pepper
1tspSalt
2tbspOlive oil
1lbPasta twists (rotini or fusilli)
3cupsHeavy cream
1cupGrated Parmesan cheese
1cupShredded mozzarella cheese
1/4cupMilk (if needed, to thin the sauce)
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss the cubed steak with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces in a single layer—if needed, cook in two batches to avoid overcrowding. Sear each batch for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to your preference. Transfer the steak to a plate and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss them gently in the garlic butter. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Cook pasta twists in a pot of generously salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
For the Alfredo sauce, melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Lower the heat, then slowly mix in the Parmesan and mozzarella until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add milk a tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
Add the drained pasta to the pot with the Alfredo sauce. Toss thoroughly to ensure every piece is coated with creamy goodness.
Serve the creamy Alfredo pasta on individual plates and top generously with garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with extra Parmesan and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk or cream to restore creaminess.
