Instructions
Start by seasoning the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 4 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.
Add the minced garlic and cook until it becomes fragrant.
Now, add the seasoned steak bites to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until they’re browned and cooked to your liking.
While the steak is cooking, you can prepare the mashed potatoes. Boil the peeled and quartered potatoes until tender.
Once done, drain the potatoes and put them back in the pot.
Add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of butter to the potatoes. Mash until creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper, adjusting to your taste.
