Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the spinach and Parmesan cheese until spinach wilts and cheese melts.
Meanwhile, cook the linguine according to package directions. Drain and toss with the creamy spinach sauce.
Serve the salmon over the linguine and enjoy warm.
