  • 2 fillets Salmon Fresh, wild-caught preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 8 ounces Linguine Pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the spinach and Parmesan cheese until spinach wilts and cheese melts.
  • Meanwhile, cook the linguine according to package directions. Drain and toss with the creamy spinach sauce.
  • Serve the salmon over the linguine and enjoy warm.

Notes

Use fresh wild-caught salmon for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat on low heat with a splash of cream or water to maintain texture.
