  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 8 oz Bowtie Pasta
  • 2 cups Corn (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Butter
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Boil salted water and cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the ranch seasoning, corn, and garlic butter. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour in the milk and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in the cooked pasta, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or bell peppers. Swap ground beef with turkey for a leaner option!
