Ingredients

Potatoes

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries

Oil

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Garlic

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Herbs

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat all the fries.
  • Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Be sure to turn them once so they can get crispy on all sides.
  • When they are golden and crispy, take them out of the oven. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
  • Serve them hot and enjoy!
