Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F). Grease an 8-inch square cake tin and line it with baking paper.
Combine dark chocolate chunks with flour and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine unsalted butter, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, soft brown sugar, coffee powder, and vanilla extract. Microwave until melted and hot.
In another bowl, beat white sugar and eggs until light and creamy.
Mix the warm chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until combined.
Fold in the chocolate-flour mixture until just incorporated.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin and tap gently to release air bubbles.
Bake for 22-25 minutes until edges are set but the center is slightly soft.
