Equipment

  • Pizza Pan
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Oven

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pre-made sugar cookie dough
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  • 1 cup Sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup Peeled and sliced kiwi
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Drained mandarin oranges
  • 1/4 cup Shredded coconut (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the sugar cookie dough on the prepared pan, shaping it into a round crust about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Bake the cookie crust for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the completely cooled cookie crust, right up to the edges.
  • Arrange the sliced strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, and mandarin oranges on top of the cream cheese layer in a decorative pattern.
  • If desired, sprinkle the shredded coconut over the fruit for an extra pop of flavor and color.
  • Chill the assembled fruit pizza in the refrigerator for at least one hour to let everything set and the flavors meld together.
  • Just before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing finish. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For best texture, keep the crust and toppings separate until ready to serve.
