Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites with Chocolate Chips

Instructions
Gather your ingredients and a medium mixing bowl. If your peanut butter is very thick, stir it briefly so it’s smooth and easy to mix.
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined tray, spacing them evenly.
Freeze for at least 1 to 2 hours, or until completely solid.
Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds and transfer to an airtight container or freezer bag.
Store in the freezer and enjoy straight from the freezer.
Notes
For firmer bites, use full-fat Greek yogurt; for lighter bites, use nonfat. Let bites sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes for a softer texture.
