Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Silicone Molds

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla Room temperature if possible
  • 1/3 cup Peanut butter, creamy Stirred if natural
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients and a medium mixing bowl. If your peanut butter is very thick, stir it briefly so it’s smooth and easy to mix.
  • In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined tray, spacing them evenly.
  • Freeze for at least 1 to 2 hours, or until completely solid.
  • Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds and transfer to an airtight container or freezer bag.
  • Store in the freezer and enjoy straight from the freezer.

Notes

For firmer bites, use full-fat Greek yogurt; for lighter bites, use nonfat. Let bites sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes for a softer texture.
