Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring even distribution throughout the mixture.
Spoon the mixture into silicone molds, mini muffin liners, or drop onto a parchment-lined tray in tablespoon-sized dollops.
Place the molds or tray in the freezer for at least 1 to 2 hours, or until the bites are solid.
Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds or off the tray. Store them in an airtight freezer-safe container for grab-and-go snacking.
Enjoy straight from the freezer—no thawing needed!
Notes
For the creamiest texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Store in an airtight container for up to two months.
