  • 1/3 cup Mini chocolate chips Fold in gently to avoid melting.

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring even distribution throughout the mixture.
  • Spoon the mixture into silicone molds, mini muffin liners, or drop onto a parchment-lined tray in tablespoon-sized dollops.
  • Place the molds or tray in the freezer for at least 1 to 2 hours, or until the bites are solid.
  • Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds or off the tray. Store them in an airtight freezer-safe container for grab-and-go snacking.
  • Enjoy straight from the freezer—no thawing needed!

Notes

For the creamiest texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Store in an airtight container for up to two months.
