Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Plain or vanilla works great.
  • 1/3 cup Peanut butter Preferably creamy, unsweetened.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Start by adding the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a medium mixing bowl. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.
  • Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy removal.
  • Use a small spoon or cookie scoop to drop bite-sized mounds of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared tray. Aim for about a tablespoon per bite.
  • Optionally, sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top of each mound for even more chocolatey goodness.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours, or until the bites are solid and easy to pick up.
  • Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or freezer bag for longer storage.

Notes

Store any extra bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. They are best eaten directly from the freezer.
