Ingredients

Pickles

  • 1 cup Dill pickle chips Drained and patted dry

Batter

  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Plain or seasoned

Cooking Spray

  • as needed Non-stick cooking spray For frying

Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients by draining the dill pickle chips and patting them dry with paper towels.
  • Set up your breading station: In one bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. In another bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  • Coat the pickle chips by dipping each into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  • Fry the pickles: Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the breaded pickles in batches, frying each side for about 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  • Drain off excess oil by transferring the fried pickles to a plate lined with paper towels.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing or spicy mayo!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes.
