Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, fry chopped bacon until crispy (about 5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.
In the same skillet, add diced onion. Sauté for 3–4 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Toss in the sliced cabbage. Stir well to coat with the bacon drippings and aromatics.
Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
Cover the skillet and let cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally until cabbage is tender.
Stir in the reserved bacon, cook for 1 more minute, then serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat gently in a skillet for best flavor and texture.
