Bread

  • 2 slices White Bread

Bologna

  • 1-2 slices Bologna

Cooking Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Oil For frying

Cheese

  • 1 slice American Cheese

Condiments

  • 1 tablespoon Mustard

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the bologna slices. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden and curled at the edges.
  • Flip the bologna and place cheese on top. Cover briefly to melt.
  • Toast bread separately in a pan or toaster until golden.
  • Spread mustard on one slice, layer bologna and cheese, and top with the second slice of bread.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.
