  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup French fried onions

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the beef stew meat to the pot and season it with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté the meat for 3-5 minutes until it is seared on all sides.
  • Pour in the French onion soup and beef broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and let the beef cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add the egg noodles to the pot and continue to simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
  • Remove the pot from the heat, and stir in the sour cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Sprinkle the dish with French fried onions just before serving.
