Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well-combined.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then stir in the milk, melted butter, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until blended.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients, pour the wet mixture in, and gently stir until just combined. (Do not over-mix; a few lumps are okay!)
