  • 3 large Eggs, separated
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with egg yolks until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture to keep the fluffiness.
  • Add baking powder, salt, and optional garlic powder or honey. Fold gently to combine.
  • Spoon the batter onto the baking sheet to form small rounds.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
