Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the softened butter. Let it melt and start to bubble just a bit.
Add in the minced garlic and cook for around 1 minute until it becomes fragrant. Be careful not to let it burn!
Toss in the shrimp. Add the peeled shrimp to the pan, and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Once the shrimp are cooked, squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top if you’re using it. Give everything a gentle stir to combine and allow the cheese to melt slightly.
