Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces and sprinkle the fajita seasoning mix over them. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through (roughly 5–7 minutes).
