  • 2 cups Canned Peaches Drained if using canned
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Optional Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

For Serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, milk, and melted butter until smooth.

  • Spread the drained canned peaches evenly over the batter.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
