Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • 3 cups Graham cracker crumbs (about 22 sheets)
  • ¾ cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 6 tbsp Granulated sugar

Filling Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Diced strawberries fresh
  • cups Whole strawberries for purée

Instructions

  • Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press half into the prepared pan to form a crust; reserve the rest for topping.
  • Blend whole strawberries into a purée and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add condensed milk, vanilla, and strawberry purée; mix until well blended.
  • Fold whipped cream into the strawberry mixture until fully combined. Gently stir in diced strawberries.
  • Spread filling over graham crust, smoothing evenly. Top with remaining graham crumbs.
  • Cover and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Swap in frozen berries (thawed and drained), use Golden Oreos instead of graham crackers for a twist, or add lemon zest for brightness. Can be made up to 1 month in advance.
