Ingredients

For the Danish

  • 2 cans ready-to-use refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg white for brushing top

For the Glaze

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Unroll one can of crescent dough into the bottom of the dish, pressing seams together.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bottom dough. Top with the second can of crescent dough, sealing the seams.
  • Brush top with egg white. Bake for 35–45 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 20 minutes. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over the top.

Notes

You can customize the filling by adjusting the amount of cream cheese and sugar to your preference.
