Or 20 g of fresh yeast.
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, oil, milk, egg, and yeast.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough to release air and divide into rolls (about 60 g each).
Shape and place rolls on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Let rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Brush tops with egg yolk for shine.
Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Use warm milk (not hot) for better yeast activation. Rolls can be frozen and reheated in the oven or microwave.
