  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.
  • Lightly grease a casserole dish, then transfer the mixture into it and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, and serve.

Notes

This casserole pairs well with a crisp green salad or garlic bread. For a lighter option, serve with steamed broccoli.
