Ingredients

Ice Cream Base

  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 12 oz Dr. Pepper One can, cold
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream

Instructions

  • Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  • Pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl and whip on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and cold Dr. Pepper until combined.
  • Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the Dr. Pepper mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, smooth the top, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Let the ice cream sit out for 5 minutes before scooping. Serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For extra texture, mix in chocolate chips or nuts before freezing.
