Instructions
Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
Pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl and whip on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and cold Dr. Pepper until combined.
Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the Dr. Pepper mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, smooth the top, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Let the ice cream sit out for 5 minutes before scooping. Serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
