Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, add other spices like garlic powder or dried herbs.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling, and the edges are crisp.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
