  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Toss the chicken wings in the dill pickle juice and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the wings. Toss well to coat.
  • Arrange the wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  • Once out of the oven, drizzle the ranch dressing over the wings and toss them gently to coat.
  • Garnish with fresh dill if desired, and serve hot!

Notes

Use a wire rack on the baking sheet for extra crispy wings. Add a pinch of cayenne for a spicy kick. Pat wings dry before marinating for better crispiness.
