Instructions
In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until fluffy.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, and fresh chopped dill until evenly distributed.
Place two long strips of plastic wrap in an ‘X’ on a flat surface. Spoon the mixture into the center and wrap tightly into a ball. Chill for at least 2 hours.
After chilling, mix coating ingredients (cheddar, dill, lemon zest) on a plate. Unwrap cheese ball and roll in coating until fully covered.
Serve with crackers or veggies and enjoy!
