Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and crushed pineapple along with its juice. Beat these together until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. The cake is done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely on a wire rack before proceeding to frost.
