Instructions
Harvest Dandelion Petals: Pick fresh dandelion blossoms, and gently separate the yellow petals only. Rinse to clean.
Make the Syrup: In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Flavor It: Add dandelion petals, lemon juice, and vanilla to the syrup. Stir well to incorporate.
Simmer: Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes until syrup thickens.
Shape Candy: Remove from heat. Spoon drops onto parchment paper and allow to cool until firm.
Serve: Peel and enjoy, or store in an airtight container for later!
