  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes.
  • Add steak, soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper to your slow cooker.
  • Stir to coat all the steak pieces evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until tender.
  • Serve hot on its own or over mashed potatoes, rice, or veggies.

Notes

You can sear the steak bites first for added flavor. Add veggies like carrots or onions directly into the crockpot for a full meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
