Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 5-6 pieces pepperoncini peppers
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • optional fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Season It Up: Sprinkle the Ranch seasoning mix and Au Jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
  • Add Butter & Peppers: Cut the unsalted butter into chunks and place it on top. Add the pepperoncini peppers.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • Shred & Mix: Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks and mix with the buttery sauce.
  • Serve: Enjoy over mashed potatoes, rice, or on sandwiches!

Notes

For a spicier version, add extra pepperoncini or a splash of the pepper juice. This dish is great for meal prep and tastes even better the next day!
