Instructions
Start by placing the beef tips, chopped onion, and minced garlic into your crockpot.
In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Pour this mixture over the beef in the crockpot.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the meat is nice and tender.
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, whisk together the sour cream, flour, and water until it’s smooth.
Stir this mixture into the crockpot to thicken the sauce.
Once ready, serve the beef tips over cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months. Just make sure to let it cool down before freezing.
