Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cut the scrubbed potatoes into wedges or cubes.
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the potatoes.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Notes
