  • 1 cup Cottage cheese (preferably low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried herbs (such as oregano or Italian seasoning)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  • Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, drop small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Gently flatten each mound with the back of the spoon to form thin rounds.
  • Lightly spray the tops of each chip with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chips are deeply golden around the edges and feel crisp to the touch.
  • Remove from the oven and let the chips sit on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Serve and enjoy your homemade crispy chips!

Notes

For best results, use low-fat cottage cheese and ensure the mixture isn't too runny. Let chips cool completely for ultimate crunch.
