Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Breadcrumb Mixture

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta

Creamy Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)

Seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  • Dip each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly.
  • Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.
  • In a skillet, combine heavy cream and chicken broth, and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce.
  • Serve the crispy chicken over the creamy pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the dish cool down, then place it in an airtight container. It can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm it in the microwave or on the stove over low heat until heated through.
