  • 12 oz elbow macaroni or pasta of choice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large pot, boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and milk and bring to a simmer while stirring continuously.
  • Gradually add the shredded cheddar and grated parmesan, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta and browned beef to the sauce, stirring well to coat evenly.
  • Top with crumbled bacon and stir gently.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and extra cheese if desired.

Notes

Customize with cream cheese, Italian seasoning, or extra veggies like spinach or bell peppers. Use gluten-free pasta if needed. Avoid overcooking to maintain creamy texture.
