Instructions
Season chicken breasts on both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
Add olive oil and butter to the same skillet. Sear chicken on both sides for 5-7 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add heavy cream, honey, Dijon mustard, and optional apple cider vinegar to the skillet. Stir and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top to coat.
