  • 2 cups Pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine) Cooked until al dente
  • 1 lb Boneless Chicken Breasts Cut into small pieces
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For cooking chicken
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • Fresh Basil For garnish

Instructions

  • Boil salted water in a pot and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Add grated parmesan cheese and let it melt into the sauce.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
