Pasta

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta

Chicken

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, thinly sliced

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Use freshly grated for best flavor

Seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken slices and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and mix well to combine.
  • Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop, adding a splash of cream if the sauce is too thick.
