Instructions
Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked (7–9 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 3–5 minutes until tender. Use a bit of broth to help steam if needed.
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
Add the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss everything to coat in sauce and heat through.
Adjust seasoning if needed, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
You can swap chicken for shrimp or turkey. Use frozen broccoli in place of fresh if needed. For extra flavor, add a pinch of crushed red pepper or a splash of white wine.
